We offer sequencing of:

Purified plasmid DNA:

(Plasmids should be purified using qualified Plasmid DNA Purification Kit. Quantity: Sample volume should be around 30-50µl in dd-water at a desired concentration of 50-100ng/µl)

Bacterial:

(1ml of overnight culture containing 15% of glycerol Note: Low copy bacteria are not acceptable. Please send 1µg of purified plasmid DNA. Please provide all necessary information including insert size and antibiotic resistance)

Purified PCR products:

(PCR products should be purified by qualified PCR Products Purification Kits. Purity: one band should appear on agarose gel. Sample volume should be around 10µl in dd-water at a desired concentration of 20ng/µl)

Do you need other primers? If primers for your sequencing are not included in the list, please send your primer at a concentration of 5-10µM in a volume of 20-50µl or provide us with the sequence of the primer of interest. We synthesize your primer for only 5.50€€/primer. Chain length of primer should be more than 15 bases. Random primers as sequencing primers are not acceptable. DNA sequence, annealing temperature should be provided by the customer. For orders <39.50€€, an extra charge of 4.95€€ is payable.
